Terms of our regular CD's range from three months to five years with a minimum amount of $1,000. Quite often, depending on our loan demand, we offer "Special" rates and terms that are exceptionally competitive.

Individual Retirement Accounts
Three types of IRA's are available...
The Traditional IRA is a high yielding Investment Account designed to encourage saving toward retirement with "before tax" dollars. Any individual under age 70 1/2 years of age is eligible to enroll in this program.

The Roth IRA is a high yielding, nondeductible Investment Account that features tax-free withdrawals of certain distributions after a five-year holding period. It is designed to encourage saving toward retirement with "after tax" dollars. An individual with earned income, regardless of age is eligible to enroll in this program.

The Coverdell Education Savings Account (CESA), formerly the Education IRA, is a high yielding Investment Account with a very specific purpose. It allows individuals to save toward a child's higher education on a tax-favored basis. I.e., while it is a non-deductible account, it features tax-free and penalty-free withdrawals for certain qualified higher education needs.

Health Savings Account
The Health Savings Account is a high yielding Investment Account designed to pay for qualified medical expenses of the participant and his/her family members. Any individual, regardless of age or compensation, is eligible to participate if they are covered under a High Deductible Health Plan. Contributions are fully tax deductible and qualified medical expense distributions are tax free.
