Now you can have your statements delivered electronically. This means they can easily be:

• Distributed via the Internet to multiple locations such as your office AND to your accountant, automatically and simultaneously.
• Organized anyway you wish and saved on YOUR hard drive for future, convenient retrieval on demand; and/or
• Retrieved and then forwarded via e-mail upon request, at any time.

• Web Presentment- Each month, when your statement is ready, we will generate a web (URL) address for your statement and convey the URL to you via e-mail. You can then view your statement(s) via the Internet using NetBanc and/or eventually ExecuBanc.
  
• E-Mail- via a secure, encrypted e-mail, customers have access to their statements immediately after they are generated. Statements are viewable through Adobe Acrobat.
  
• Fax- you can automatically receive your statement via fax.
