Imaged Checks
Remember the days of old when you received all your cancelled checks stuffed into an envelope with your monthly bank statement? Then, a few years ago, some of the more progressive banks began offering check imaging, i.e., they would provide up to 24 images of your checks on a standard sheet of paper. UBM was one of those progressive banks. In fact, we still provide a specially designed, convenient 3-ring binder for organizing your imaged checks and statements by month, i.e., if you still prefer paper delivery. However...

Today, at UBM, you can opt for an even greater convenience. Through NetBanc and /or ExecuBanc, you can now retrieve all imaged checks and statements online! Because all your paper check and deposit transactions are digitally imaged and electronically stored, you can now:

• View individual check images online, from anywhere at anytime.
• Verify that you signed any given check.
• View the backside as well and verify WHO endorsed Your checks.
• At tax time or whenever, go back up to 18 months and select any monthly statement along with all imaged transactions for that month to view or print on demand.
• Print check copies at your convenience.
• Forget about missing checks in your checkbook register.
• Have your monthly statement and imaged checks Electronically Delivered to you and whomever else you desire (e.g., your accountant) automatically each month.
