TeleBanc is our convenient, automated banking service that lets you retrieve account information, transfer funds among accounts and check today's interest rates by phone seven days a week. In fact, you can even download a copy of your current statement to any fax machine of your choice 24 hours a day- seven days a week.

Of Course, to use TeleBanc, you must first be enrolled for the service. You may do so "online" by clicking here to Enroll Now. You may also enroll by calling On-Line Support at 435-2265(if local) or 1-800-421-2588, then press 0 to tell the assistant you wish to engage TeleBanc. If you contact us during non-banking hours, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

To use the service once enrolled, dial 435-2301 (if local) or 1-877-692-2659 (toll-free) and follow the instructions. At any time, you may press 0 to speak with our Service Representative.

Service Representatives are available during the following hours:
Monday-Friday 7:30a.m.-4:30p.m.
Thursday 7:30a.m.-6:00p.m
Saturday 9:00a.m.-12:00p.m.
